When completed, Richmond Villas will have a total of 81 self contained
Villas.
There is a Community Lodge currently being built for the Residents day to
day leisure. Facilities include:-

The second floor of the Community Lodge has six independent living, 2
bedroom apartments.
Beyond 2011
20 apartments are hoping to be built in the future. This complex will be at
the southern end of the Village next to the Thames Wharf, and will
cater for people who may require extra assistance to enable them
to retain their independence.
A Care Facility is also projected for development.
